Ordering on GIHAN BEAUTY  website is both secure and easy. When you’re ready, just fill in your information on the order form and submit the order. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email outlining the details of your order.

If you are using a free secure browser such as Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can shop with maximum security through our SSL server connection. GIHAN BEAUTY assumes no responsibility for orders placed though non-secure browsers. Customers who shop GIHAN BEAUTY  products through non-secure sites do so at their own risk.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Discover. You are ordering off a secure server, so your credit card information is safe. GIHAN BEAUTY does NOT accept payments via wire, check or money order.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once we receive your order, we will arrange for shipping according to the method selected and shipping destination. All orders are processed and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow up to 48 hours from placing your order for processing.

Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. Typically, your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days, but sometimes delivery can take longer depending on the shipping destination. If you need a product faster, we will gladly arrange for express shipping as long as you agree to cover the additional expedited shipping costs as displayed on our website.

14 DAY RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. However we know and understand there may be occasions when you change your mind, or when items are ordered in error.

We offer a 14 day returns guarantee. If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it, unopened and in its original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the original shipping costs, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective.
